Adding a documentary to my movie library and it’s not being seen tried renaming it multiples of times and not sure where movie info is retrieved like the television stuff is retrieved from tvdb. I’m assuming its from imdb but not sure and I copied the title exactly from imdb and added the year in parentheses removed the year and always moved to do a different location and emptied trash before adding file back into library but it isn’t being recognized. The file is named Beats, Rhymes & Life - The Travels of A Tribe Called Quest (2011). I know the hyphen floating in the middle is to represent the : after the word Life and all other movies or shows that have that grammar mark work correctly when it’s loaded in and recognized also other documentaries have been added successfully also and nothing has worked for this specific file please help…
If you haven’t changed the agent’s setting, than it should be themoviedb.org as source for movies. Your naming is identical (except the hyphen obviously) with themoviedb: https://www.themoviedb.org/movie/70342-beats-rhymes-life-the-travels-of-a-tribe-called-quest?language=en-US

Yes I performed the Plex dance after each and every change attempted and still not being seen. Even took the hyphen out and performed the Plex Dance again and it’s not being seen. File structure is H:/Movies/Beats, Rhymes & Life The Travels of A Tribe Called Quest/Beats, Rhymes & Life The Travels of A Tribe Called Quest
In another thread I found the statement by OttoKerner, that the Plex movie agent only finds “movies” automatically:
