For whatever reason she can’t access library anymore. She has her own plex account. and remote access is good. She access via her laptop. I had her reset her pass and she can now see and access 2 movie librarys but TV shows is greyed out for her? I did try and send a invite to library and chose all libraries. I can’t do again as it says I sent the invite but 20-30mins she says she still hasn’t recevied but the forgot pass came right away.
Is it necessary to invite someone on a library-by-library basis? I think once she is on your server as a user any changes to library access will just impact her already existing authorization. She might need to powercycle the streaming device or sign out and back in on her account on it if the new libraries are not showing up. They wont be pinned by default.
So I suggest she unpin the non-working TV shows’s library she has now, and after the reboot go back under the “More…” option and your server listings and see if there is a new TV show library showing there she can pin to the Front.
