DSM: DSM 7.1.1-42962 Update 2
Plex: 1,30,0,6486-7000
My problem is, that my admin user lost his permissions for everything, to reach the folders for the films, and also to reach the deeper settings in Plex. All the other user from my account can see and reach all of the films what they are allowed. But i cannot change any settings, because the main user is “dead”…
Nothing changed on the DSM.
What can I do, to get back to the normal stand?
It sounds like the server got signed out of your account.
To remedy this:
now I opened the plex on my mobile, as last check before I reinstall it, it was also unavailable at first, then everything poped up like avaliable, and now on all of my devices all good… 
Everything back in settings and all films available.
Strange, maybe in the phone was hitched something ( i think there was a software update on it), but anyway, thank you for your help.
