I am trying to create some south asian (read indian) channels on Plex as I couldn’t find any channels for them. I have been using VLC for streaming some of them. All of this channels distribute their content for free.

Can anyone direct me how to proceed. Web Player … Site Settings.

I'm not familiar with the rtsp format. I don't know if PMS is capable of handling it. Do those streams play in VLC or another desktop player?
I accidentally stumbled across the fact that PMS is capable of transcoding RTSP streams. However, it’s not officially supported my understanding is that it doesn’t even register on the list of priorities of things to add. So, the final story is, you might be able to make it work for some clients some of the time but it’s not likely to be reliable and you won’t likely find much help in getting it working or fixing it if/when it breaks.
