Please was working fine until this last update. Now When I reboot my QNAP TS-453be Version 4.5.2.1594 or stop and start Plex, it works for a few, then when I check again later, I am not able to connect or view movies. I am reinstalling the same version again.

Sorry to jump into your thread but I’m having the exact same problem, only difference is I’m running a Synology with DSM 6.2.4.25556, I’m also using a Mac with OS 11.2.3
Your log files did not contain any DEBUG information. DEBUG is enabled by default.
When turned off, t here is almost nothing to see.
Does it run long enough for you to turn DEBUG logging back on ?
I need to see what it was doing.

Just tried to do a log but it’s not working, debugging is turned on and the folder has read write permission, I’ll look into it a bit more and post a log when I get it working.
