Every time that I go to Plex, select Home and + “your media”, it displays “get media server”… I have done that several times, and restarted the computer to not avail. How on earth can I remake my collection on Plex if this keep happening? Why did I purchase a lifetime account for something I cannot even use? Is it the fact that I upgraded to system 11? The first time I would not even have access to Plex until the last upgrade which takes me there now.
Can you access the server using the local version of Plex Web?
If you are on the server itself, try http://127.0.0.1:32400/web or http://localhost:32400/web.
If you are on a different system, but on the same network, try http://pms_ip_address:32400/web, using the actual IP address of your server.
