I managed to solve my problem. For some reason, it is useless for you to check or uncheck some advanced options of the existing library. The scan does not work. You have to remove the library and add it again with the options you want to fix. So I added it again with the “Use original titles” option…

Can you expand Filmes directory all the way down to a movie?

Also note, that you placed your medias in QNAP Multimedia folder, which is not recommended!
