Is that TV configured to get an IP address from your WiFi? Is your WiFi / router enabled to provide DHCP service?
I ask because something on your LAN doesn’t have an IP but is responding to Plex’s queries.
These are the 169.254.231.94 requests you see below.
PMS ignores such things as “no error” because the address is invalid.

Thanks. That explains it, I think.
Something without an IP address on your LAN is responding and driving things nuts as I eluded to earlier.
If those satellites don’t have an IP, that would explain what’s being seen. I unfortunately don’t know how to deal with them and quiet down the traffic in the logs so I can get to the root cause of your isssue
What has probably happened, without knowing all the details of the upgrade, is the cached ID in those apps doesn’t match what Plex.tv knows.
I tried yesterday changing the network key and reconnected all devices individually so there should be no other devices connected causing the problem. But still no go
OK, redid network, uninstalled apps and reinstalled and we are all functioning.
Even logging out & back in was not working. Reinstalling did the trick for whatever reason as it makes no sense.
Thank you so much for taking the time to help me with this.
