After the most recent upgrade, getting "Unable to connect to xxserver namexx securely"

Server Version#: Version 1.41.6.9685
Player Version#: impacting multiple players including app.plex.tv on cell phone

I have tried all of the steps that I have found online, but none have worked. I can access and play on my PC, directly, via IP:32400 no issues. However, via my Firestick, which I usually use to watch Plex vids, or via Shield Pro, I am unable to connect to the server securely.

I have restarted the container (I run it via Docker), restarted the host, changed Preferred Secure connections, and back again. I can provide log files if you tell me which ones you need.

But I did come across this Reddit post Reddit - The heart of the internet
Re: asking a Plex employee to check on the cert, Server certificate reset - #45 by djfriday13. Can anyone please check on that? Or let me know if anything else does not look right from your side?

Not sure if this is tied to the upgrade, just providing that detail in case.

Edit: Fire TV Stick and Fire TV Shield do not work on LAN. Directly connecting to the server IP works. On my network, via the Android app, it works outside of my network, but the same app, same phone, does not work on my LAN. Nothing on my network has changed. Just updated Plex (docker) and host (Ubuntu server)

Check if the Plex Media Server is still in the same Local Network. i had the same Issue after Updating.

check this and try it out. maybe it fixes the issue for you too.

I updated my TrueNas and had to setup the Docker COntainer again because between TrueNas Versions they changed how the “Apps” works. but in the new Docker Version were more settings to do. so i had Explicit click the Local Host checkbox so the Plex Media server got the correct IP Adress. otherwise internal it get the IP Adress that the Docker Container Priovided.
