I’d sugget trying the latest update - it has a fix for a crash in intro detection on Windows+Old CPUs.

(I’m not sure this would solve the OPs issue of a crash every 30 mins)

Anyone tried the latest release if that fixes the issue?

My crashing has stopped after updating to Version 1.19.4.2865.

I had similar issues - the only stable version I can work with now is 1.19.3.2852

Since I updated to Windows 10 (2004) today, I decided to also get the latest Intel video drivers which were much newer than what I had. Now the latest builds of Plex are no longer crashing for me. Previously, it died in under 2 minutes every time.

And it’s still not crashed on 1.19.4.2865 after upgrading my intel video drivers to igfx_win10_100.8190. Before the last hand full of builds crashed as soon as anything was played.
