Agents seem completely broken (solved)

Server Version#: 1.30.1.6562

I had my pc off for a month or so because I moved and now I turn it on, start plex, my old library is still there and everything’s fine, but when I added new movies and shows none of the agents are able to find any matches, even using the trick of providing the imdb id as search name doesn’t work. No idea what’s going on, anyone experienced anything like this? and if so, how did you solve it?

what particular agent are you using for the libraries in question (see > Manage Library > Edit... → Advanced`)?

I get those 4 options, tried all 4, no luck with any of them.

Additionally, I tested trying to “Fix match” for one of the movies previously on my library (the ones that were added months ago and are fine) and it also fails to find any matches :S

server logs might show if there’s any network lookups being blocked on your server’s host or your network.
the hints (adding e.g. IMDb ID to the folder/file names will only work with the current-generation Plex Movie agent).

I opened the console and tried matching again and see this

No idea how but the server logs says that they were last modified on Nov 22nd, on a related subject, the speed of the failure seems to indicate that it’s never querying anything online

Ok, I managed to fix the issue, the Nov 22nd date on the logs turned out to be the key. I mentioned at the start that I had my PC off for a couple of months, turns out that I must have disabled automatic date and time config so now when I turned it on it was stuck on nov 22nd, and that wrong date was throwing off the connection with the plex server and it meant that in fact it wasn’t querying anything, changed windows settings to automatically set the date and timezone and now everything works.

Thanks @tom80H for you disposition to help with my weird issue
