AirPlay between Plex on Apple TV and Sonos move

Hello, im running Plex on Apple TV 4k, trying to connect and hear through Airplay to SONOS move, not working, switching to Bluetooth - works good.

The Apple TV - Sonos Move work with airplay on Apple Music for example

Not sure this is the same problem, but since updating my AppleTV (HD) a few weeks ago (Apple removed the Airplay Option out of the Settings-> Audio/Video Menu) I can not get Plex to play on the SYNFONISK / Sonos Airplay speakers anymore. Basically there is no option to tell the Plex App to play on AirPlay (as Netflix has for example).
