When I add music to my library I make it a point to fine tune my album art. I have prefer local metadata checked, as well as “Album Art” set to local files only. When added, I make sure the art has the yellow border around it to show as chosen. Why does PLEX randomly blank these out after some updates? An example:
Both of these albums were set up and “locked” the same way, why is plex blanking the one? It’s like this across my library with other artists.
Between this and seeing custom “Album Artist” metadata reverting to “Various Artist” lumps despite being “set-up” and seemingly working until some random update/refresh is making a curated music library very frustrating when you put effort into it.

Can you please let us do this? Can you please let us customize our libraries as advertised? Especially if we paid for a lifetime pass? We should be allowed to enjoy premium features with a pass.
