Have the most recent server version and Alexa App as of 10/31/2020
Although I have run into this issue with previous versions
I ask Alexa, “Alexa, ask plex to play the playlist 80’s Playlist”
No problem. Starts with first song in list. But as I get tired of hear the same songs over every time I launch, I then ask “Alexa, ask plex to shuffle” or “Alexa, shuffle”… Alexa responds with “turning shuffle mode on”
Then I ask “Alexa, next” which takes to a random song in the playlist. Everything sounds good.
Then after that song, silence. I have a 100+ songs in that playlist, yet after turning on shuffle mode, nothing will play after the first song.
Is this a skill problem or am I confusing Alexa with the requests? I can find no documentation on how to shuffle a playlist.
