Alexa unable to respond to music shuffle request

Player Version#: Amazon Echo plex for alexa

My Amazon Echo device has stopped playing shuffle requests, just get the standard error message “uh oh, something went wrong”.

This is across the board, Albums, Playlists etc.

Update if the playlist is one word like “April” it plays, but if the playlist is “New April” it doesn’t play.

Update playing a playlist without a shuffle only 2 tracks are played Alexa then drops out
