All media unavailable from a Synology NAS to Plex

This could be related to the DNS issues me and some other users are still having.

DNS issue has not been resolved, still cannot connect

Any new on this. Plex is still not working here. Trying to ping or reach plex.direct still doesn’t work. host plex.direct plex.direct has address 82.94.168.7 ;; connection timed out; no servers could be reached
