All movies show on collections

I couldn’t find any signs of a damaged database in your logs.
That’s good on one hand, but leaves me puzzled in regard to the original issue.

I assume the Collection tab looks exactly the same when using the local web app?
Have you tried to RESTORE DEFAULTS for this web app as well?
(each client is independent)

Idea: before restoring defaults, “Turn OFF settings Sync” on the same page.

I restored defaults back at the early part of this thread. Thank you for your persistence with me. You were helpful. You were not condescending as you dealt with me. I appreciate that. I will live without the collections tab working properly. Plex is still a wonderful tool.
