All TV shows are present in a folder on my disc but do not show up in plex

I have one season of one show where only 4 of the 11 episodes show up in Plex.
-they are present on my disc
-I have double checked to make sure the files play correctly locally on my computer
-I have followed the naming guidelines
-I have updated my library after renaming them
-I have refreshed my library after renaming them
Please advise how I might manually add these episodes given Plex will not seem to find them and add them to my server.

Thanks

State the OS your PMS is running, state an episode missing, and show us a screendump of the files in like Explore.

Then we’ll take it from there

Windows 7 64bit
RuPauls Drag Race Untucked Season 5 as follows:
Episodes 7, 8, 10 & 11 show up in PMS
Episodes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 9 do not show up in PMS

PMS version: 0.9.15.6.1714-7be11e1

According to TheTVDB, your S05E01 is not the regular one, but a special?

thetvdb.com/?tab=season&seriesid=85002&seasonid=503456&lid=7

So it should be placed in a folder named Specials, and named S00E50

thetvdb.com/?tab=episode&seriesid=85002&seasonid=40490&id=4489894&lid=7

It is not a special one, however, I did rename it according to your suggestion. Now it shows up under specials in the Rupal’s Drag Race: Untucked main menu. The other episodes still do not show up under season 5 Untucked.

Rename those as well!
Follow what’s on thetvdb.com

And…If it’s not a special, then why add the ‘Untucked’ to the names, since AFAICT, but could be wrong here, indicates that it’s a special

Well, I suppose all untutcked episodes are special episodes but none of the other seasons show up as specials. They are listed according to their matching season and episode.
The reason I added untucked to the file name sis because when I first started using Plex, the regular episodes and the untucked episodes were all jumbled up together and incorrectly in PMS. I renamed them to help sort it out a bit.

I marked answered because I was able to get them to show up renaming them as suggested but this questions is not truly answered. Seasons 2, 3, 4, 6, 7 & 8 all show up correctly named the way I have them named. Season 5 still does not show up as being under season 5 though these episodes are a part of season 5. It’s odd and buggy. I wish there was a true fix.
