Allow Home restrictions to be per library instead of per library type

Home sharing restrictions are currently per library type, not per library.  This causes unnecessary labeling to enable sharing in libraries where no restriction is needed.

Here's an example:

Primary Libraries:

TV Shows

Movies

Secondary Libraries:

Documentaries

Home Movies

Short Features

In the above set of libraries, I want to use the label restrictions on TV Shows and Movies libraries, but the other three libraries would be unrestricted.  However, with the label restriction in place, I would need to go into every library to add the label since all content in the last three libraries would not visible.

It would be much easier if restrictions could be applied on a per library basis to minimize the amount of labeling needed to use the feature (especially given there is no way to currently bulk label content).

Ooo, missed that in the release notes.

I read the OP's question and I thought I understood it but then I read your response and now I am lost.  Can you explain what that means, because, as someone once said "I don't think it means what I thought it meant" (or something like that).  Feel free to point me to a description.

his actual feature request about wanting the restrictions to be per library is valid, as it does not do that.

my response was only to his last comment "especially given there is no way to currently bulk label content"

Its technically part of Plex Web app and in those release notes https://forums.plex.tv/topic/46075-plex-web/?p=916254
