Allow Scan Library Files from Mobile App

Hi

When adding new content that you want to be available immediately, I usually go to the Plex web interface and do a Scan Library Files on the specific library.
It would be much easier if this could be done from the Mobile App (Android, iOS), rather than just the web interface.
