  • Detail on the media file if it is an issue related to playing a media file : http://pastebin.com/cRH0GstQ

  • A detailed description of the issue (the clearer you can make this the better):  The problem occurs specifically with my Planet Earth .m4v files- all other m4v files work correctly.  I press select on my remote to play the file, and after a few seconds of appearing to load the file, I get the error in the title of the post.  The (possibly) odd thing is that the files play correctly within the web interface as well as the Plex iPad app.

  • Ensure you post your 'PlexConnect.log' file to pastebin and post the link ('PlexConnect.log' is located in your PlexConnect folder). If possible, follow these steps to create a "more detailed fresh" one: Attached...too big for pastebin.

After comparing one of my Planet Earth XML files with another that plays correctly, I found a difference in the AVC levels.  The Planet Earth files are at 5.1 while my other files are 4.0 or 4.1.  I believe once I have the Planet Earth files re-encoded to 4.1 that my problem will be solved.  Thanks everyone.
