I have the same issue. It currently will only play on the computer hosting the server and one Roku TV. Android Phone App won’t recognize the server at all.

I have the same problem on WD MyCloud server. With the latest android app update none of my movies or series playing. What I get message is " An Error Occurred While Attempting to Play Video".
It drives me crazy. I can not use my library. Only one thing helped, but this is a workaround, is that if you allow external player to play the files (for me it is MK Player). It plays the file from the plex server but does not record where I left off.
I hope somebody reads this from Plex. As I can not use my library from plex android app as a lifetime subscriber.

OK, this can be closed, for some reason my UDM Pro IPS is blocking the stream
Been having the same issues myself for a while. Plex plays fine on my Apple TV 4K, and my Windows PC (Chrome). The other tv’s in the house (Fire Sticks) can see the Plex library and even the videos I updated today, but when I try to play, I get this same error message. Attached my logs to see if anyone has any advice. Thanks.
