I am having some problems from time to time. I sometimes get the dreaded “an error has occurred” when trying to watch Live TV, I have to hit the play button 2-5 more times and it finally plays. This is random it does not happen every time. I really want to get this ongoing problem solved. I have logs and would be willing to PM then to Plex support staff.

I have similar issue with Android TV. I can see exception in android logs. What is your setup? server running on which HW and what clients do you use? Have you checked the logs if errors are seen on server side of client side?
I am running PMS on a Supermicro X10SLL-F motherboard with a Intel Xeon CPU E3-1231 v3. For Plex clients a mix of iOS and Android.
Are you able to capture logs from any of your clients using this guide:

If you could post those logs here I could see if you are encountering same issue as I am.
