And why did it work until version 1.13.xxx and not after, whern I did not change my network configuration…
Well, anyway, it helped me find out that reloading the webpage when I have the error is working, I can browse (for a time) the Movies, so let’s leave it there I think.
Thanks for your help and the time you took to help me !
Apsalar.
Same problem here:
-EPG guide works as usual for News + Sports (sorted by episode I can see 2 weeks)
-EPG guide fails for TV shows, Movies: “There was an unexpected error”
I tried removing the Tuner and adding it back, reboot the Mac, reboot PMS.
I should add that I just had to erase the main HD + reinstall everything b/c of hard drive issues.
(Update 1) Surprise:
the error happens for me when I use Safari browser (Version 12.0.3 (13606.4.5.3.1)) on MacBook Pro (2,7 GHz Intel Core i5) running MacOS 10.13.6 (17G5019)
BUT NO PROBLEMS when using Firefox Quantum 64.0 (64 bits) on the same Mac
@Apsalar has the same problems when using Firefox, I’m having problems with Safari (which I’ve been using for Plex since day 1).
Sounds like it’s browser related. What do you think @MwC_Trexx ?
(Update 2) Uh, now works?!:
The 4th EPG refresh seems to have resolved the issue: I can now see the Movies and TV shows as usual. No reboot of anything. Just multiple EPG refreshes + tested on Firefox.
I have the problem with IE as well as Firefox.
But when I hit F5 a few times, it finally shows the movies, no error.
For me also it looks browser related, but I don’t know either where to look…
