Hello all, I am looking for a quick bit of help.
I have Plex (with Plex Pass) set up for myself as a home user and my girlfriend as a guest user. I set her as a guest based on the on screen instructions that she will largely be access remotely from an android device while travelling. When she is with me we use my account.
It was behaving perfectly fine until recently when she got a notification about having to buy the apple/android app to continue using Plex. I thought my having Plex Pass stopped the need for the paid mobile app? Or is this because she is a guest user and Plex Pass only covers home users?
