Android app does not "merge" Recently Added Movies and Recently Added TV

Player Version#:2025.19.0 (966828423)

  1. In the server settings: Manage/Libraries “Merge Recently Added Items” is checked.
  2. All TV’s and browsers (https://plex.tv) login’s work correctly and merge all of these into just one “Recently Added Movies” and “Recently Added TV”.
  3. All of our Android phones (Samsung) Display these individually (I have over 100 libraries - nearly 70,000 movies on my server), such as:
    Recently Added Movies (library 1)
    Recently Added Movies (library 2)
    Recently Added Movies (library 3)
    and so on. The same thing for the Recently added TV. Is this on the drawing board for a fix?

Yes I reported this a bit ago and I know it was recently put on in a bucket things that they are trying to fix soonish, unfortunately I can’t provide an ETA

This should be fixed in 2025.21 that was released today. ( it might not show up for you yet due to staged rollout)
