Android app keeps freezing, but the time continues. Can't restart play

Been happening for a while, brand new S20+, Plex will play a show, movie, whatever, but after a while it will freeze…yet the time bar continues. If you back out and try to resume, the same thing occurs. The ONLY way to get around this is to force close the app…only for it to inevitably happen again.

My other Android device is on 6.17.1.5294, never has this problem. Unfortunately can’t seem to downgrade the S20+ back that far.

Bumping again. Plex is quite literally unusable on a Samsung S20+ with the latest versions of the client and server.

You will have a lot more luck if you provide details of the issue. This includes Player and Server logs around the time the issue is encountered, details of the file you are playing etc.
