Android app stuck in splash screen

Since a while a have problem opening the Plex app on my Android phone (OnePlus 8 with Android 11).
After starting the app, I see the splash screen with the Plex logo and the Plex text, but then nothing happens, the Plex text stays forever.

I installed the newest version, cleaned the cache, deleted the app data, reinstalled the app, but nothing worked for me.

I have a Plex pass and I log in via Google, but this shouldn’t really matter, because I can not login (I’m hanging on the splash screen)

On an other Android phone, my Laptop (Windows App or webpage) or Google TV everything is working.

Player Version#: 8.20.0.26605

Sorry I restarted my device and now it worked.
Weird because closing the process did not help.

Just for reference, had the same issue on OnePlus 8 pro and a restart also resolved it.

OnePlus 8T Android 11. Same problem, same solution.
