I have plex movie agent selected, in extras i have Include Cinema Trailers from movies in my library checked, and i dont get any trailers… anyone know what’s going on ? i have the same settings on my VPS linux and it get’s them fine with same settings…

doing this actually added the trailer of this specific movie, odd that i i had to do the “DANCE” for it to work looks like i might have to do this for all my movies? . ill send log maybe you can see why it’s not getting it for other movies !
I added that movie not long ago , a few days ago why didn’t it get the trailer then . it’s odd
Sadly my plex cloud as same issue… so this could take forever
