yep. I made a prototype for zeit.de videos, litcolony.de and dradio.de
Is there a list of good/available sites?
Some examples of major german broadcasters offering online content:
ARTE http://plus7.arte.tv
ARD http://www.ardmediathek.de/
ZDF http://www.zdf.de/ZDFmediathek/startseite
RTL http://rtl-now.rtl.de/
I guess it makes more sense to continue in the german section as this topic is of not so much interest for the non-german speakers.

Arte is in the store already, and has been working OK as far as I know,
I thought RTL_Now was too and I thought I had seen a ZDF plugin too, Am I mistaking ?
So far there are a few German plugins available, either via Forum posts or through Plex Online.
ARD Mediathek
ZDF Mediathek – that’s apparently broken right now, am trying to get a hold of the dev to see if it can be fixed
Arte - in PlexOnline
RTL_Now - in PlexOnline
c’t TV - broken too – but is reported in lighthouse
And of course the new Project from fhb for a Mediathek plugin (ard, zdf, arte, 3sat etc…)
there’s also SF Fernsehen (swiss)
However, if there’s anyone around who’d like to get into development for Plugins, i am sure that’ll get loud applaud from the german crowd
E.g.
Maxdome – lots of free vids and lots of stuff for rent
Videoload – same as Maxdome
Film.bild.de – loads of free stuff
MSN Movies
