Any way to find missing items from the library?

I have a number of missing items in my library. A hard drive died and I got all the important shows from it. That was easy because if I open something I get a media missing type message. What hasn’t been as easy though is finding the missing music. There are so many to check and I’d like to know if I can use some kind of filter (or 3rd party program) that can scan my library and show me which items are no longer accessible so that I can restore them.
