App never remotely fully connects to server?

Hi, Ive used this for years and currently have the latest Android and Version on PC I use it when in train to remotely watch stuff from PC.

Now normally it’s not too much of an issue.

Now it has new logged in on App with profile pic etc, the PC has " Fully accessible outside network" ticked and registers in PC my phone was active BUT all I get 90% of the time is this and not my PC HDD folders as normal?

I’ve logged out, checked settings looked online. It even happens if I go on Chrome and use the IP access address.

When at home as soon as I go on WiFi it’s all normal?

Any ideas please.
