So I have been without a working server for a week. Not a word from the Plex team on what is going on, how to resolve it, nothing. I’ve seen various posts on this problem this week and one suggestion has been to change DNS settings, but WHY do I need to do that? They worked prior. If this is a system wide issue why can’t Plex post something about it?
When I connect to the server using https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/ using my web browser on my local network, all of my libraries are unavailable. Turning on remote access does not fix it either.
Anyway, would like to know how to proceed here?
