Apple TV does not see Synology Plex Server

I can see the player from my Samsung Smart TV, but the Apple TV does not see the server. I’ve tried a number of suggestions in the forum and nothing seems to be working.

The Apple TV is hardwired (not wireless) and it’s on the same network (IP address network) as the Synology. I’ve even tried disabling Plex server security for my local IP network range,

What am I missing?

Both devices linked to the same Plex account?
If you created the server after initializing the Plex app on your Apple TV the libraries might be hidden under “More” in the app’s main navigation.

The “more” option doesn’t exist / show in the menu. I also don’t see the server listed by name. I do see the server listed under more on my Samsung Smart TV Plex app.
