Apple-TV Trailers app: "No Response from Plex Media Server"

Detail on the media file if it is an issue related to playing a media file (in order to get the necessary information on a particular media file go into the Plex web interface, select the video file, when it brings up the page for the media file click on the "i" information button on the left hand side, it will then bring up a "media info" box, click on the "View XML" button, it will then open a browser window with the relevant information, copy this to http://www.pastebin.com and use the pastebin link to post the details; posting the information directly in the forum may mess up the formatting and generally takes up a lot of space):

My Plex Media Server successfully serves media to my iPad and Roku, but when I start the Trailers app on my Apple-TV, I get an error message "No Response from Plex Media Server". PlexConnect also displays the following error messages: "No Response from Plex Media Server", followed by "We failed to reach a server. Reason: no host given".
 
Ensure you post your 'PlexConnect.log' file to pastebin and post the link ('PlexConnect.log' is located in your PlexConnect folder). If possible, follow these steps to create a "more detailed fresh" one:

Settings->PMS->Switch PMS I don't see this option.

Did have some text I didn't recognize but when I selected it, it updated to "Family-PC". Now the message on the Library section has changed from "No Response from Plex Media Server" to "Plex Media Server: No Items Available". The Channels tab still says "No Response from Plex Media Server". There is plenty of media that should be available as I can see it in the Media Manager of PMS on my PC, and it serves it fine to my iPad and Roku.

Oh! This suggestion fixed it (logging out the "*" MyPlex user).
