Running Plex for Win10 64-bit, Version 1.22.0.1421-be6a7c42
I cannot access my Plex Library no matter what I do. Tried on other forums and on Reddit - nothing worked. After messing with it for 4+ days, I finally followed the article in Plex Help to totally uninstall the server and remove all Registry entries before doing a total re-installation.
Problem still persists - I cannot create a new Library.
Articles here and elsewhere say to use 'Settings -> Manage -> Libraries", however I do not have a ‘Manage’ entry in Settings anywhere. Clicking ‘Your Media’ (the “+” icon) is also useless - all I have there is a button telling me to ‘Get Plex Media Server’ (which displays in the server that’s running)
Why is my ‘Manage’ control missing from Settings?
Why can I not make a new Library?
How can I get Plex working again?!?!?
