Association NAS/Plex account

Hello everybody,
I have disconnected my server (QNAP NAS) from my Plex account and I cannot associate it again.
I removed Plex Media Server from my QNAP NAS and installed it again. I have good access to the Plex interface but I cannot re-associate my server with my account.
Could you help me please.

I checked the location of the installation folder on my NAS (/share/CACHEDEV1_DATA/.qpkg) and there are no more files left after uninstalling. So I don’t understand why I don’t get to the page to add my server after having reinstalled.

Are there any files left on my NAS that I can’t see?

Try opening up app.plex.tv (the hosted desktop)

From there: Settings - Authorized Devices - Servers (dropdown)

Remove the old instance of the server.

Now go back to the QNAP installation process.

I tested your proposal, however I still cannot associate my server with my account.
You will find attached the message displayed, I am French so the message is in French.
I can’t find the screen I had the first time to configure my server from the PLEX interface

Hello,
I was going through a cloud gateway to access my NAS. I do the test by accessing directly from the local ip address and now it works, I was able to recover the configuration window.
