When I went to update some of the Libraries on my server I also carried out an update on the server to the latest version.
When the server update was completed I carried out an update of the firmware on the QNAP Nas TS-453 Pro and when I have come to use Plex again after both updates both via the web app and also through the android apps. I am not getting a connection to the server.
I have un-installed the server from the NAS, followed by a NAS shutdown. I have then re-installed the server.
I am having difficulty getting the server re-connected to my plex pass account.
How can I get this done?
FYI I have issues with opening the server directly from the NAS and recieved the following message “This service does not support my QNAPcloud link”. I have been changing setting etc on the server via the web app and also update media libraries etc. When I go to open the server directly from the NAS I am still not able to open it and getting the same message.
