Would like to report an issue, encountered suddenly, affecting multiple devices across different networks. (LAN connection and mobile). Login page takes approx 30 seconds to load, then on desktop app account profile picture is not loading. Similar issues on mobile phone browser via mobile data, other sites work no issue. Also getting an error pop up saying something about unable to load library (maybe not that but similar, disappears too quickly to read and doesn’t show up consistently) Edit: It says something about being unsure of having library access.
Android app also having delay issues on login, but seems to load faster although I’m unsure if that’s due to cached data.
Just refreshed after posting, login seems ok now, still a little slow, desktop app I am getting a “Something went wrong” error and no libraries/Discover are showing.
I wasn’t when it was first posted, but now having issues loading managed accounts, they don’t show up in the web app, and when they do they won’t load. In apps, can’t load profiles when selected.
Good to know it’s not me at least. Trying to fix a broken database issue so thought I may have broken something in the process, but was doubtful as it was affecting login too. Guess i’ll wait for services to restore before i try to continue. Real annoying.
We’re investigating issues impacting API services for some users. This can affect account auth (sign-in & PIN verification) and creation, access to Downloads page items, and more. You may experience slow responses or failures.

Personally no issue here but I have local authority active.
Likely was considered “off-topic”. I’d posted a rant about a long-running Plex issue in another topic related to its OP, but had it deleted. If it doesn’t contribute to the topic, or seems to be posted just to rile up people (like yours), it can and probably should be removed.
