After watching a TV episode, and allowing autoplay to start next episode, from the series’ interface the episode doesn’t not visually update as watched. By visually update, I am talking about the yellow underline under the episodes thumbnail which shows progress through episode.
This has been going on for as long as I’ve used Fire TV 4K (couple of years) & it’s getting seriously irritating!
This might not be same issue as one that I had a long time ago - Plex web player occasionally sees runtime as exactly 2 hours and won't autoplay afterwards
but I thought I could chip in. When I had problems with episodes not marked as completed (and sometimes autoplay not going to the next message) it was only in the web player and those videos (movies or tv shows) showed a duration of 2 hours even if was shorter. Or longer.
My problems went away when I analyzed the troublesome shows. And they never surfaced when I tried in the other players. Could that be what’s happening with you?
