Full of bugs! On my ReadyNAS RN214 it:
Would not STOP
I Could NOT remove it
I could not stop it with proper SSH commands
I could not remove it with proper SSH commands
Thinking there was something wrong with RN214 I did a full factory reset and installed it again. I got the same results. So instead of waiting for hours for my NAS to Sync and format yet again, I just deleted the folder plex media server was installed in and restarted my NAS. Sure enough Plex was gone. I went into ReadyNAS apps store and installed the version from there and it’s working. I will not update again until a NEW release comes out to correct these issues. Something greater than V1.15.2.793.
I posted I was having issues in another thread (RN214 Won't turn off Plex!) I started but AFAIK I’ve had no response from anyone in support. Glad I haven’t upgraded to Plex Pass or I might be angry enough to really complain and maybe even switch back to Emby or PlayOn…yeah right.
