Recently reinstalled Windows and just moving folders didn’t help. Plex would not start. Maybe a backup feature can be scheduled in the future. To make a scheduled copy of the database once a week? Or how to migrate data after reinstalling Windows?

You can already enable that in the server settings. Though it’s not primarily targeted for server migration use cases.
