When logged in to the server (at the server) every time I go to the Plex web interface I must login. I checked the setting under Settings > Web Client > General “Automatically Sign In” and checked the box. The next time I open Chrome I have to sign in again and this setting is unchecked.
And every couple days the server is no longer visible remotely and I have to login to the server and start the plex server app. Why hasn’t this been made into a Windows Service yet? (no, the PC hasnt been rebooted)
Tell Chrome not to throw away cookies and other website data from the domain plex.tv when it is closed.
If you use other “cleanup” / “privacy” software, which can clean web browser history etc., create the same exception in the preferences of that software
