Available bandwidth is 10000kbps?

So I’m on symmetrical gigabit internet connections on both ends(plex server side and a remote mobile plex client device). I have a direct connection to the plex server, no relay.
When trying to DIRECT play a video, plex says that required bandwidth is 25000kbps and that only 10000kbps is available. However that’s not correct though. I can vpn into my server where plex server is running and do a Speed test and I easily get 150-200mbps between my client device and plex server . So why is plex stuck at reporting max bandwidth available is 10000kbps.

I’ve made sure that I’ve set correct upload speed under the remote access section on the plex server etc.

Please verify DEBUG logging is enabled.
Recreate and download the logs ZIP

Attach the Logs ZIP file and “Get Info” (XML of the media portion) of the file you’re trying to play that it’s complaining about.

The client logs will also be very helpful here.
