Back button in plex on Roku 4 ultra not working after Roku update 14.6.4 build 9914

The back button on plex app (Ver. 7.36 build 19) not working on Roku 4 ultra (OS Ver. 14.6.4 build 9914). Was working fine 2 hours before update to Roku ultra. Noticed and verified update was just installed. When into plex app to find somethingvto watch and noticed the back button wasn’t working. Works on other apps and my desktop pc app.

Tried repairing remote, removing and reinstalling app on Roku. Still not working. I’m assuming this is a bug on the latest Roku os. Not sure.

Also tried setting up remote again in Roku. No errors in setup but the back button simply does not work after Roku update.

tried to update plex app but app says it’s up to date.

Edit: Roku fixed the issue, a RoKu restart may be necessary

Follow these steps to restart:

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote

  2. Scroll and select Settings

  3. Select System

  4. Select Power (If you don’t see this, skip to the next step)

  5. Select System restart

After the reboot, the back button should work again.
