Back button not working on ps4 app

Hi all,
I’ve setup a logitech harmony remote to work with my ps4. In plex, the direction keys and enter works great.

Problem is, I can’t seem to get the back button working. Is this a known issue between harmony and ps4 plex? Any way to change the key bindings on ps4?

Server Version#: 1.14.1.5488 on Ubuntu 14.04.6 LTS
Player Version#: 3.109.1

The new version of plex on ps4 still has the same issue.

Any plans to support the back button in upcoming releases?

Issue persists. Thats very annoying since you get stuck in the menus

i am also having this problem with PS4 and Logitech harmony remote with the back button only, everything else works. ive tried remapping and a futile attempt at trying to make logitech hub learn the bluetooth command through ir blaster, thats how desperate i am. :frowning:
