Issue still persists -
Still Broken, no change to guide data issues reported - 8/25/19
Location: Germany, Post code 81476 - Cable - Lineup: Kabel Deutschland Berlin Digital
The following stations have no guide at all:
220 ZEEONE (Zee One)
605 TOGGOP (TOGGO Plus)
622 KIKA (Kika HDTV)
935 UCD (Universal Channel (Germany))
901 SKY1HD (Sky 1 HDTV)
All the episodes went into the right folder structure from this morning’s test.
So a full guide refresh would have corrected the existing data
Let me know if you still have some episodes going to wrong location after a full refresh

Yes all looking good for me since the weekend - thanks for getting this one fixed!
Multiple guide refreshes and after an update to Version 1.16.6.1592.
Seems like nothing has changed. Do I need to wait for something to happen?
Prompting me about it is the right thing at this time. I have lots of posts i bookmarked and i have failed to get back to some of them
Remind me - was this just about not having actual season and episode numbers.
At last I got through all your posts and looked into why it is going wrong.
First - the issue you mentioned before on channel 18.2 and Leave it Beaver appears to be fixed with Season and Episode numbers coming through for the date I checked - 30th August - S6 E26 and S6 E27. I have not checked if these are the right episode numbers for the airings at

With regards to Bewitched and I Dream of Jeannie airing on channel 36.2, these are being categorized as series airings and not episode airings by our provider. I am referring these to them now. And I am sorry it took a while to investigate
I just deeply appreciate the response. Happy to wait as long as I know it’s on someone’s radar.
Keep me updated. Thanks!
Why are you using Berlin instead of Bavaria guide for your zip-code?
I just checked mine (Kabel Deutschland Bayern Digital) and 220 Zee One has guide data for me.
“To Be Announced” on the following channels:
108 Kabel Eins
160 SR Fernsehen HD
299 Handystar
304 eoTV
508 N24 Doku
509 HealthTV
605 Toggo Plus
622 KIKA HD
Other than that, all the channels are there now (156 ORF 2 and 158 Die neue Zeit TV have been added) except for one local channel (SD + HD) which will be fixed when the regional lineups get split into local lineups.
I didn’t select Berlin myself, it was auto selected the last time I made I added the channels. I also noticed this, but I thought it wouldn’t matter which region was selected.
Yeah, I already reported this, apparently there is no zip code → regional lineup logic build in yet.
Anyhow, on your Berlin guide, do the same channels I listed have “to be announced” in the guide?
Work is still in progress for the “Kabel Deutschland” lineups which are being localized further and I understand the 16 regional lineups will end up as 200 lineups.
Channels are being added but there is no data yet and it may take a week or so to get the data ingestion in place and feed through
I would suggest we wait till the end of next week and see what channels have data and which do not and then report any anomalies
I’ve also noticed the Show “Alice” I record next on channel 65.3 on September 10th is showing the series airings. Looks like the provider still has quite a bit of work to do throughout it’s lineups. Thanks!
It appears to be the data they are getting from the broadcaster. eg for “I Dream of Jeannie” they are not getting any episode data

Is there a better guide I can pay for that has their proverbial sh** together? Thanks
The Weather Channel has disappeared again. It was working and now is gone again.

Count me in with this issue (in terms of recording to “Season 2019”) as I have several shows doing this in the “LN6” postal code.
Some example shows:
- GPs: Behind Closed Doors
- QI
- Eamonn and Ruth: How the Other Half Lives
- Nigel Slater: Eating Together
There are many more examples, but that’s a selection over the next 3 days.
Its really annoying as its just recording items its already got, but naming them via the date. Surely Plex can figure out the episode name via the details in the description even if the EPG data is corrupted and doesnt display the SxxExx details?
Is there anyway to tell Plex’s DVR (for certain shows) do not record if its going to create a “Season xxxx” folder?

No guide at all. Not sure if this will be fixed by the infamous regional lineup change, but I wanted to report this.
