Bandwitdth limits (set under Settings → Remote Access → Internet upload speed) to not include remote downloads within the limit. This is causing maxing out of network bandwidth, crashing users connected to other services including plex itself.
Despite having the ‘Internet upload speed’ limit set to 10Mbps, I could see on the Plex dashboard (in addition to router) upload speeds in excess of 20Mbps which is at the limit of the overall network bandwidth.
