Basic Setup Wizard- wont open

Hello .

I’ve downloaded and installed the media server but i cant get to the setup wizard :(.
Of course tried to click on the small icon of the plex but the only thing it does is to open the website.
there it still want me to install the media server , but it is already installed!

please help

If you’re on the same machine… did you previously install a version of Plex Media Server on, possibly running it under a different Plex account?
