When we rewind or fast forward in a live TV buffer, it doesn’t work very well at all. It seems like the app is having trouble estimating the relative location within the current buffer. This isn’t an issue when playing back recordings that have already completed, regardless of the format. Are there settings that can improve FF/RW performance? Using PMS on a Win10Pro 6-core workstation, viewing on Roku Premier+ over gigabit ethernet. “Convert video while record” is not turned on. Two Hauppauge tuners, one HVR-2250 (PCI) and one WinTV DualHD (USB). Thanks in advance for suggestions.

This may or may not be related, but seems to be a buffer question so I’m adding it here. This morning my husband was pausing the news on live TV to show me something; it was paused for maybe 10+ minutes. When he hit Play he got an error message that live TV couldn’t be played (or something like it, I wasn’t looking at the screen) and when he was able to get the same channel to load again there was no buffer to rejoin. Not sure if this is also a settings issue.
